Launch of New Website and Billing Panel

We are happy to announce the launch of our new website & Billing Panel and we’re excited to introduce you to our new look!

Website Redesign

PolarisMail website has a fresh new look with a clean design, new logo and improved usability across all devices. You can now find information easily about our e-mail services thanks to user friendly navigation and updated information about our products and features.

For our existing users, the Sign In page provides direct access to the login pages of our interfaces, such as User and Admin Control Panel, the new Billing Panel, Webmails and to Files – your personal drive.

For our new users, we’ve added a Quick Setup Guide with instructions for a faster boarding process.

In the future, we’ll continue to post updates on our Wiki and Blog about new features of our e-mail services and ways to take advantage of all of them.

New Billing System

We decided to integrate with Stripe as our payment processor and build our custom Billing System to offer you a simple and painless experience when updating your services.

The new Billing System is integrated with the User and Admin panel and has prorating features which will make it easier for you to upgrade / downgrade your plan at any moment of the billing cycle. Now you can also update your billing information along with viewing and downloading your invoices.
