Instead, you purchase a total amount of storage based on the number and type of mailboxes you choose. Then, you’re free to divide that total storage pool among your client mailboxes as you see fit.

For instance, if you purchase 10 mailboxes that come with 10GB of storage each, you’ll have a combined pool of 100GB to assign across those 10 accounts. Yes. You can upgrade mailboxes at any time, and all upgrades are prorated, meaning you only pay for the remaining time in the current billing cycle. Downgrades are also possible at any time; however, any unused time for downgraded mailboxes is non-refundable. To avoid losing value, we recommend making downgrades close to your monthly renewal date. We’ll send you a reminder 7 days before your renewal so you can make any necessary adjustments.

Transitioning is simple. Once you’re ready to proceed, just send an email to our sales team. We’ll upgrade your account to a full Reseller status. Importantly, this upgrade primarily affects the billing side; any mailboxes, settings, or configurations you’ve set up during the trial will remain intact and unaffected by the change.
