We support the following methods for keeping your local desktop clients synchronized with your online data:

Using an Outlook plugin you will keep your contacts, calendar, tasks & notes in sync with our server and your mobile device. E-mail will be accessed using IMAP.

Any application that supports the open protocols of CalDAV and CardDAV can connect to our service and synchronize their calendar and addressbook.  E-mail will be accessed using IMAP.
